This is why, over the past few years, each Halloween I’m wearing a Wizard of Oz character costume. I’ve been Dorothy, I’ve been the scarecrow, the cowardly lion, and this year it’s time to be the Tin Man. However, I’m a woman, so I’m going to have a plus size Tin Lady Halloween costume. I know, I’m big, but that’s what XXL size costumes are for: to dress up nicely girls like myself who enjoy eating maybe a bit too much.

I’m sure I’ll look terrific in my silver mini-dress and the silver boots. It’s going to be a surprise, so please don’t tell my friends the secret, in case you know them and you’re reading my blog.
